1. Who we are

Math by Thomas ("we") is run by Thomas in India. We provide trading education and TradingView indicators. Contact: thomasaaroon@gmail.com.

2. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect any personal information. It is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may keep standard server logs (such as IP address) for security, under its own privacy policy.

3. Customers

When you buy access to our indicator or Telegram channel, we collect only what is needed to give you access and support:

• Your name and phone / WhatsApp number
• Your TradingView username (to grant indicator access)
• Your Telegram username (to add you to the channel)

Payments are handled by your bank or payment app. We do not receive or store card or bank account numbers.

We use this information only to provide access, support and service notices. We do not sell or rent it. It is shared only as needed to provide the service (for example, your username is added to the TradingView access list).

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information. Deleting it will end your access.

4. Google user data (MbT Backup)

"MbT Backup" is an internal tool used only by Math by Thomas. It uses the Google Drive API to store backup copies of our own server files in our own Google Drive account.

• It does not access, collect or store data of any other Google user.
• Data is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
• Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Security and retention

We keep customer information only while you are a customer, or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable security measures.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
